Eligibility

Households where all individuals buy and cook meals together, and where EVERYONE is at least 60 years old AND/OR receiving disability benefits, and NOBODY in the household has earned income (income from a job or self-employment).

Allows eligible Vermonters to use a simpler, shorter combined application for both 3SquaresVT and fuel benefits, with a 36 month renewal term and no additional paperwork. Each program enrollee will have an individual caseworker. Current 3SquaresVT recipients who qualify will be converted to 3Squares in a SNAP.
