Provides assistance for people facing eviction. Services include landlord/tenant dispute mediation, assistance with setting up repayment plans, assistance with applications for funds to assist with back rent, and providing aftercare services to ensure a continuation of support.

HOMELESS PREVENTION CENTER
The Homeless Prevention Center is a private non-profit working with Rutland County families and individuals who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness to secure permanent housing. Case management services include assistance with shelter, housing, rental subsidy and life skills, and referrals for food, health care, and employment. Provides financial assistance to income eligible households for rental arrearage to prevent eviction, rental subsidies, and rental security deposits & utilities. Also offers tenancy education.
