Offers reparative panels as a form of community-sponsored probation that brings convicted individuals before a volunteer panel of citizens as part of their sentencing process. Panels work with victims and offenders to identify the harm caused by the crime and how that harm can be repaired while holding the offender responsible and accountable.

Washington County Diversion Program (WCDP) is a local, non-profit organization that provides a range of restorative justice programs for Washington County. WCDP runs six separate programs, including adult and youth Court Diversion, Youth Substance Abuse Safety program, and Balanced and Restorative Justice programs.
