Parents of Children Birth to Age 7 years and 11 months; With parental permission primary care providers, schools, or community agencies can make a referral. Must be Vermont residents.

Monday-Friday: 8:00am-7:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Sunday 8:00am-12noon. 24Hour/7Day On-Call Physician Urgent Care Coverage

Provides comprehensive evaluations for developmental disabilities in children. Pediatric developmental evaluation teams specialize in the diagnosis of children with developmental disabilities, including developmental delay, intellectual disability, and autism spectrum disorder. Services include an initial diagnosis, recommendations, and helping families coordinate care with community providers.
