Vermont state

Provides financial assistance for Park Improvements, Home Repairs, and Foundation Installation. Park Improvements are available to park owners to assist with small scale needs to infill vacant lots and cover associated expenses up to $20,000. Home Repairs offers homeowners funding to cover the costs of repairing existing homes to prevent displacement. Foundation Installation helps prospective and current homeowners pay for a foundation and related expenses, up to 15,000.
