Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is a self-supporting worldwide organization using the Twelve Step and Twelve Traditions model to address the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of its participants. The OA program focuses on problems with food, including compulsive overeating, and other food behaviors such as under-eating, food addiction, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, or over-exercising.
