Provides a fee-based energy efficiency service. Trained staff provide a comprehensive energy audit, including diagnosis of energy problems due to air infiltration, heating and cooling loss, or inefficient household systems. Also provides a list of solutions, and an estimate of material costs and predicted benefits and savings for each recommended efficiency measure.
