Purchases, inspects, washes, and prepares Vermont-grown produce for institutional kitchens both large and small and collects and processes root and storage crops at regional hubs. Acts as processor as well as distributor.

The Center for an Agricultural Economy (CAE) is a non-profit organization serving individuals through programs supporting food access, farm viability, and working landscapes in an effort to build a healthy, regenerative food system. CAE promotes local foods and the people who produce them and assists farmers and food businesses through financing, access to new markets, business advising, and provision of a shared-use commercial kitchen.
