Provides comprehensive primary and preventive health care, including on-site behavioral health professionals. Services include medical, mental health and substance abuse counseling, family planning, and lab services. The Community Health Pharmacy program offers discounted prescriptions to all patients. Also provided is eligibility support for State and Federal Benefits and low-cost drug manufacturer giving programs.

Special services include telephone-based interpreter assistance, obstetrical and prenatal care, prescription assistance and a sliding fee scale.
