Provides social services that include Information and Referral for families who are separated and/or have relocated, and Emergency Communication Services that, in family emergency cases such as critical accident, illness or death, will verify the situation and relay an emergency leave request to military authorities. Provides Health and Wellness Inquiries Services that allow for worldwide communications to report on the welfare of a service member.
