The Vermont Department of Labor (DOL) is a Vermont state agency with four major divisions: Workforce Development, Labor Market Information, Unemployment Insurance, and Workers’ Compensation & Workplace Safety. The DOL provides statewide employment-related services, labor market information, workers compensation, wage and hour, unemployment compensation, and occupational health and safety regulation compliance and training for Vermont workers and employers.
