Eligibility
Gross monthly income up to 200% of Federal Poverty Level; Out of fuel or very close to running out of fuel and have no money to buy more; Households must contain a member who is of a "vulnerable population" (Age 60 or older, disabled, or have a child under the age of 6)(check attached document "2024-25 Income Guidelines").

Helps with a heating crisis during the winter months if household is out of fuel, or very close to running out of fuel and has no money to buy more. Heating fuel may be in the form of coal, kerosene, natural gas, oil, propane, wood or wood pellets. Electricity that is essential in running a heating system is also included.
