Provides Vermont's mandatory rehabilitation program for individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. Completion of the Impaired Driver Rehabilitation Program (IDRP) is required to reinstate the privilege to drive.

Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS) is the designated community mental health agency for Caledonia, Essex and Orleans Counties under contract with Vermont Department of Mental to provide acute and long-term behavioral health care services to people with a wide range of emotional, behavioral and other mental health problems, substance abuse and/or developmental challenges. NKHS provides emergency and crisis intervention services for adults, children, adolescents and their families; and substance use treatment services, including the Public Inebriate Program and the IDRP (Impaired Driver Rehabilitation Program).
