Provides in-home pediatric care under physician orders for intermittent skilled care and specific procedures. Provides physical therapists at request of physicians to do growth and development assessments, to establish exercise routines, to monitor progress, and to assist families with obtaining adaptive equipment.

Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire (VNH) is a non-profit, Medicare-certified, home health care agency delivering services to residents of southeastern Vermont and southwestern New Hampshire. Care is provided to adults who need in-home assistance, nursing, rehabilitation, long term care, adult day services or end-of-life care, as well as to critically ill children and to vulnerable young families. VNH also encourages the general welfare of residents through health promotion outreach and community wellness programs. Services include Home Care, Hospice, Palliative Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitative Therapies, Maternal Child Health Services, Pediatric Nursing, Pediatric Palliative Care, and Private Duty Services.
