They may file a formal GRIEVANCE regarding QUALITY of services. Consumers may file an APPEAL if they do not agree with a Designated Agency's proposed CHANGES to the type or amount of services, such as denial or reduction of services. If a consumer is dissatisfied with the outcome of their grievance to the DA, they may ask for a DMH Grievance Review.
