Offers assessments and evaluations, supportive counseling, social skills training, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, and outreach in patients' homes. Consultation services on mental health issues that challenge elders and their caregivers are also available.

HCRS (Health Care and Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont) is the designated mental health agency for Windham and Windsor Counties providing mental health, substance use, and developmental disability services. HCRS provides emergency and crisis intervention services for adults, children, adolescents, and their families. HCRS is also a Shelter Plus Care partner.
