Provides an online resource center that explains the development and capabilities of children birth to age three and the importance of play as the foundation of early child development and learning, guides intentional teaching practices that address the uniqueness of each child, and contributes to a shared language and public awareness around the importance of high quality early childhood education and experiences. Includes an online calendar of trainings and events.
