Lamoille Home Health and Hospice is a non-profit, Medicare-certified, home health care agency delivering services to residents of Lamoille County. Care is provided to adults who need in-home assistance, rehabilitation, long term care, or end-of-life care, as well as to critically ill children and to vulnerable young families. LHHH also promotes the general welfare of residents through health promotion outreach and community wellness programs. Services include Home Care, Hospice Care, Palliative Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitative Therapies, Maternal Child Health Services, Pediatric Nursing, and Private Duty Nursing Services.
