Operates a resource contact center that connects children and their families to services they need. Child Development Specialists provide education and support around developmental or behavioral concerns, help recognize typical developmental milestones, offer confidential developmental screening, provide referrals to community-based supports, empower families to overcome barriers to services, and follow up with families as appropriate.

Help Me Grow Vermont (HMG VT) is a member affiliate of The Help Me Grow National Center, a non-profit coalition supporting the implementation of the "Help Me Grow" system, an early childhood services delivery system that includes education, healthcare and family services, all promoting effective, universal, early surveillance and screening for all children. Help Me Grow Vermont works to create strong Vermont families in order to promote healthy early child development and to ensure that all children reach their potential. Help Me Grow also provides referrals for perinatal mood and anxiety disorder treatment.
