Provides families and individuals with a transition program that moves them from experiencing homelessness to long-term self-sufficiency and housing stability. Program includes extensive case-management for budgeting, parenting, crisis management and intervention.

SPRINGFIELD SUPPORTED HOUSING PROGRAM
The Springfield Supported Housing Program (SSHP) is a collaborative inter-agency program that provides housing resources for families and individuals experiencing homelessness, follow-up case management, and community engagement on all aspect of housing instability. Referrals come through the Springfield Economic Services office, licensed substance abuse counselors, and other service providers. Eligibility is limited to those living in the greater Springfield area. SSHP also administers the Housing Opportunity Program (HOP).
